Might be some rubbing, yeah. Especially if your car is dumped. I was previously running 7" rims with +43 and 215/40/17 - they rubbed a little on my EH Civic.

On my CRX I'm using 15x7 + 35 and they don't fit into the guards.

You might need to roll your guards and consider some camber. Also I wouldn't go wider than 205 on your tyre width.

Looks like you'll rub if you drop your car and have stock sussy. If you keep it high and have stiff springs you'll be fine.

Otherwise to be honest I think you should go for +45 when you're getting 7" wide rims, otherwise you need to roll your guards and maybe get camber which is too much fuss for me.

I'd personally rather stick to something 6.5" wide and minimum +35, preferably +40 or so. Stock Honda offset is +45 I think.

dude, they will fit no worries at all. do it. might scrub a little if you slam your car on the ground or something. just get 195's and you will be fine, even 205's.

they'll fit with no worries as others have said, and no scrubbing at all... i know cause im running similar offsets and size.... the front will sit perfectly flush, an the rear will tuck in a bit, typical... unless u want the really flush look, u gotta run lower offsets in the rear..... dont run spacers btw, illegal and not always guarantee safety thing.... If u do slam it, it will look wicked, an none of that pathetic tuck in look, but each to their own taste when it comes to wheel fitment...

My EF8 runs 7" with +35 (205/50/15) and my Civic used to run 7" with +40 (215/40/17). Both rub/rubbed on hard cornering, stock height.

maybe, the ef8 has smaller wheel archs? i dunno exactly but could be the chosen off set .... tire size, 205 side walls will sit flat... 195 will stretch slightly....

stock height should be no problem ,if you lower your car then i think guards rolling should be enough imo

205 will fit flush.

Depends on what you want. If you want awesome dry-grip get something like Hankook Ventus RS2, Kumho KU36, Bridgestone Adrenaline Potenza RE001.

Also I've heard Toyo T1R's are excellent all-round.

Excellent budget tyre IMO is the Kumho KU31. Very well rated tyre and generally found for $99 in 195/50/15.

I had 17x7 with 215 and +40 on my EH Civic. They rubbed at the rear, so you might need to roll your guards.
