In the meantime you don't necessarily need a BC shop to purchase BC coils..

You can try pming FEL12X hes a known trader on here.. trading name is Race Nation, he sells BC Coils and will ship them to you.

As for the 'plugs for the scan took' I have no idea what you're talking about..
