its basically a case of opening the door, and given a even pull on both sides of the door until it pops out with the vent assembly. It might feel like your going to snap it although if you hold the pressure it will slowly come out...You'll be surprised at the amount of dust you might find back there....

Good luck

lol i had to do this when installing my s2000 cr radio door. my pins were completely jammed. the easy way is:

1) Find any object thin enough to fit inside the pin holes like a small nail or in my case, a watch screwdriver :)

2) Sit the object on top of the pin and then hammer it gently until the pins start coming out the other side

3) Once a good 1/2cm of the pin sticks out the other end, use a pair of pliers to get the pin out, then repeat for the other side.

used a wire coathanger, took no time, coiled the rest of the coathanger into a handle and pins slid out....a little resistance but they came out.

a thin allen key works well, because you can easily strike the short 90deg arm with your hammer.

just don't bend it..
