Hi guys i'm just wondering if any of you have a b16a2 with a JDM 4-1 set of extractors on the car. Can any of you guys gime input as to their riding height once on the car? I've put the 4-1 extractors on my EK4 and it is riding quite low.

I'm looking at getting the JDM 4-1 but i would like to know if anyone else has these and can tell me the height ride. Better yet if someone can post a pic on the extractors on say an ek4 that would be even better.

I'd really appreciate any help.

I have an ek4 with 4-1 headers and 50mm lowering springs. The collector is under the slump so it scrapes all the time.

Have a few dents in it from driveways.

Just one of the negative factors of having a lowered car.

Because they are designed for a head 7mm longer, the b18 (ie JDM 4-1) headers will hang significaly lower than the stock, or even most aftermarket b16 ones. Plus they are a different arrangement.

Although, i doubt they would still be the lowest point of your car? Would just have to be more careful around driveways and speed humps

Macros - Just wondering is it only the collector that is hitting cos its lower? or the front also?

Hey Tanghy are those for sale? I wouldn't mind a secondhand set

Btw.. wasn't actually trying to lower the car. It just became lower when i installed the shocks and springs. They were a combo set for the Civic Type R from Japan. I wasn't expecting it to make the car that low.

Hey Tangy what is the diameter of the JDM headers anyway? and what is the piping size of the rest of the exhaust on the JDM type R?
