Fog light installation instructions

I have a set of aftermarket fog lights from eBay for an 03-05 CL9 that I want to install.

I've seen the installation instructions for the TSX but they talk about extending wires and stuff to make it all fit. Do I still have to do all that considering that mine is RHD?

Where do the 2 plugs under the steering wheel go? How do I get the switch into the dashboard - I've tried pushing it into the hole where it goes but it won't go in far enough and just falls out.

Nobody knows anything about it? I've played around with it and found that the red wire simply turns on the light behind the switch, and the grey wire appears to supply power to the fog lights. So I guess both wires just need to get 12v when the headlights are turned on and it will all work.
