Hey everyone,

Fairly new to the forums.

I've currently got a prelude and am looking at the Accord Euro Luxury. Was hoping to get some insight from all of you around the leather quality.

I checked out a few today (2005) and found that the leather was pretty badly cracked and compared it with a friend's merc kompressor c200, and realised that the leather used in the merc is a perforated leather.

I understand the new models have perforated seats..... anyone know what year upwards i should be looking or where i could get aftermarket perforated leather?

Its not about how you say, quality, its how you look after them.
I bet people with cracked leather have never cleaned/conditioned them.

If you're talking about CL9 euros (2003 - 2008), I believe they changed the leather in the facelift models (06+). The leather in these models is softer, however not perforated :)

thanks guys!

i'm still currently thinking whether i should get the euro or not.

For the under 20k price range, i'm almost thinking of going for an audi a4.... maybe i'll start a new thread about it.... and not diverge from the leather subject =)
