power steering flush?? need help

i was checking my fluids today, and i noticed the power steering fluid looks really dirty.. so i want to flush it out and put new power steering fluid back in..

1st.. How do i flush it??
2nd.. when i do change the fluid is there anything a need to look out for ie air bubbles leaks anywhere...

any help will be great..
