just wondering whats the difference between d16y1 and d16z6?

They're very similar. Z6 is the US model. Z6 parts and Y1 parts are interchangeable.

thanks have just done engine conversion and noticed some part haved16z6 on them like the ecu which is a jap spec with code p91 thanks for your help
