Rattling Glovebox Lid

I have a very annoying rattle in the glove box lid of my 2007 Euro. It is so bad I cannot drive the car with the lid shut. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a fix??

mine used to sit proud a little on one corner, closest to the center of the dash.
from memory there is a pair of little rubber stops, they twist in and out and vary the height/pressure on the catch.

try adjusting those and see how you go.

if that does not work remove the glovebox lid entirely which is fairly simple and re-work all the fitting hardware just to see if you find anything loose inside.

Thanks again for your help. I found one of the little rubber stoppers was slightly out of alignment. It took me all of 2 minutes to fix a problem that has driven me nuts for 6 months!
