I've owned Hondas for a few years now but somehow never quite got around to joining here before. As you can probably tell from my name, my current car is an EH9. I got it about 18 months ago to replace my EG8 after somebody decided it was a good idea to drive into the back of it. I must say I love how much better the engine is in this car but I still want to upgrade at some point, probably to a b16.
Engine swap is a long way off though since I'm living on student money and I'd really like to get suspension and maybe new wheels first. Oh and the interior definitely needs something done... I'm bored of all the grey plastic.
Anyway that's enough from me for now. Hopefuly I'll remember to come back and check things out around here later if I don't get too caught up in the rest of life

Looks nice and clean.

Funny how I enjoy even the most stock looking civics nowadays. Honda' s just look so much more respectable than other car's on the road IMO.

Yeah I'm hearing you there. When I got my first car I wasn't really expecting to find much in my price range that I liked but then I found the EG! Just makes pretty much everything else that age and even a lot of newer cars look really dated. When I lost that one I didn't even really look at anything else, I had to have another Honda! lol
Unfortunately, it really does need more work than I can afford but one day...

Honda = WIN.

Might not be the fastest of car's but they have great engines and look awesome.

It was the looks I fell in love with first since I really knew nothing at all about cars back then but it didn't take long to start loving the rest of it. The first car wasn't really anything special but it was pretty ancient and unloved but it still worked perfectly and you have to love that. Then with the new car I discovered vtec and I don't think I'll ever go back. Sounds great even though you're not going all that fast! lol Which is handy really because it can be hard to go very fast in the city without getting a fine for it
