Automatic radiator in a manual car

ive got a 89 prelude, been given from imlachs a automatic one when they gave me a cracked manual one.

ive done some research that auto radiators will work on manuals. the thing that worries me is that do i have to block off the transmission cooling holes? and if so, what can i use?

nope u dont have to block it off since the auto cooler is a sealed unit inside the radiator.
