Factory stereo removal???? GD3 model

Hey guys does anyone here know how to/ write ups on how to remove the factory stereo??

cant seem to find any luck on the net.

These are for USDM Honda Fit. It shouldn't be too much of a difference.

Hey, i found a DIY on hondafitjazz.com (http://www.hondafitjazz.com/) and tried it today. i got the 1st screw off, but the lower panel wouldn't come off. will probably try again tomorrow after i've had a look at Pats' links.

There should be more than one screw holding the lower panel, if I didn't recall wrongly.
