Filling empty lugnut holes

Hey guys, was wondering if there was a way to fill in unused lug nut holes for universal wheels?

I know universal ones are meh but i got a set and was thinking if there was anyway to fill them in. I tried those plastic table legs and they looked kinda effy.

Clark Rubber might have some various plugs you could try

or even stick on vinyl circles

yea i used those plastic ones from bunnings, and they just looked absolutely horrible lol
