fn2r for red p's??

Hey guys as title states my misses is planning to get one and just before that happens just want to know if this is allowed for red p's in victoria.

i don't see why not. It's under 200kw and everything. I've seen a couple of P platers in Brisbane driving them so i think your misses should be fine.

Well it's not about that, financially fine also. She hasn't got her p's yet so this will be her first car.

Im pretty sure its fine, with the new laws in victoria it only says you're restricted from driving anything turboed, supercharged, v8 and also that vehicle list thing that have on vic roads :)

girls can drive anything... My cousin she drives her older brothers turboed ek, Fully dumped on its **** for over a year now, no problems at all.

^^^^Yeh...P-Platers can pretty much drive any stock honda car now. Besides NSX of course.

Why can't a P-plater drive an NSX?

Even if the rule was 120kw/tonne that would still allow for the weight of the FN2R.

I guess I thought an XR6 would be considered the same? Didn't know this rule existed - thought it was just V8's and forced induction that were restricted.

xr6 is definately not a high powered v6...that why you still see quite a lot of P-Platers drive an xr6. NSX is in a different league; the day when you see P-platers driving an NSX will be the day they allow turbo cars back in...(meaning never).NSX was and still is considered as in one way or another a supercar.

Yeah, well some of the pricks I went to school with had powerful cars. One bloke's dad gave him his S2000 and another guy was always driving his dad's HSV Senator (even though it's illegal but I suppose if you can afford that car you can afford the fine). Some people get everything and it's not a good idea IMO.

LOL cool hahah opposite my house theres a xr6 turbo pulling 250kw's and its owned by a younger p plater than me and all he gets is defects LOL BOV is loud as also.
