Hey guys,

I've had my Civic Sport 2007 8th Gen for 7 months now. I was wandering can I purchase VSA (Vehicle Stability Assistance) and TC (Traction Control) for my car? Or can I purchase any type of Stability Assistance for my car? If so how much approximately?

Thanks guys.

YES, BUT IT WOULD BE TOO EXPENSIVE (a sale guy from Honda answered that)

let us know how much to quote comes too...

General conensus ill find that people will be amazed at what you are trying to do, then wil absolutely and totally rip your wallet to shreds to get this put in for you... you are basically re-engineering your car...

i say keep your money... drive you car the way it is designed to be driven and you wont have an issue where TC or SC will be needed

So I can make the Car a 5-Star safety rating. 4 Star rating is very good, but 5 is very very good.

I do not think that you can make a 5* safety rating with Civc (from VTI to Sport they do not achieve 5* safety rating)
You can send an email to Honda Gold Coast to ask for the TC and VSA installed

HAHAHAHAH i like you.

I suppose it definitely wil help with safety, but i reckon my FD's saved me countless times as a noob driver. As soon as i started driving the EG in the wet, just taking corners at 'quicker than average' speeds led to understeer, whereas the FD wouldn't

Hahahahah curtis. i reckon that the FD is a great daily driver whilst providing safety rather thant the eg :P
And for flashy, as everyones saying, i think you would be using up alot of money trying to install those. And knowing dealers, its going to be $$ for whatever you get done at Honda. If you got the $ though, then i guess its worth getting. Btw guys, is there much difference of the VSA and TC being installed and not?

HAHAHA yeah I just like to psychologically think it will be alot safer at all times with VSA and TC. If its not too expensive then would be worth while installing it.
I think there would be difference with VSA and TC installed, but as long as you dont drive like a hoon then shouldnt be a problem.

Ahahaha, thats what im thinking. If you're not going to hoon around, not sure if its going to be much different from what you have now, unless its mad slippery or something unexpected pops up whilst your driving.

well the thiing is: even if i do hoon around, i never go sideways. (this is slow honing, not fast shiet)

oh and the EG's my sister's learner car.. and the FD's parent's car. i've gotta go find my own soon :(

it will be cheaper to sell it and get a new (brand new, or used) car with a 5 star rating.

too many stupid homo ideas and money with not enough brains to figure what is worth doing and what is a lost cause..........
