your opinion on what to do with 10k

If you guys had 10k and you guys are in "my" position, what would you guys do?

I currently have a jdm b18cr which is due for a rebuild sooner or later due to valve seals going out.

Would you use the money to rebuild/restore the b18cr?

or

Would you use that money and upgrade to a jdm k20 as the engine is newer and has more potential if you decide anything later on down the track?

lets say you had a eg with a b18cr and it already has the usual mods

sussy, i/h/e, tune, etc.

with 10k i would sell the headers and exhaust system, i then would proceed to www.full-race.com and buy a turbo kit with a top mount manifold with T67 turbo up the boost to 15 - 20psi then i will kill myself then repeat life in that order

sell the original car you have use that money ontop to put a deposit for a house

I would get the JDM 98 spec ITR to immaculate condition and leave it that way.

Because I was planning to go k swap due to my engine just started showing worn valve seals symptoms.

Still runs strong with 148,xxxkm on the clock and a compression ratio of 185-200 mark in each cylinder.

but I just want to rebuild the car so its more reliable as its my daily car also =]

Reco the engine properly and put the rest of the money in the bank.

Stick to your B-series IMO. Build the head if you're desperate for more power but otherwise, if you enjoy it how it is, just leave it :)

A reco'd B18CR (top and bottom) will pull exceptionally well anyway.
