Hi, i have some ek coilovers from me old ek. And i know that some people grind down the bushings on the eg lca's to slim it down so the ek rear shock forks will go over it.
Just wondering if that is safe? Any dramas? Or is there an aftermarket lca that will allow me to run these?
I know i can buy the bottom part of the rear coils (eyelet type), but trying to avoid that atm.

leo's run them on his toda eg
just shave down the bushings, it's just a solid metal tube afterall
it's not like it's gonna fall to bits
either that or you can try getting some ek lca bushings and press it into your stock arm, might fit

i'm sure if he had any issues, we'd know about it
he's not the sort to muck about
it's just a few mm of metal
i've gone the opposite way and used eg shocks on ek arms and i've had to add washers to space it out
been fine for the last year
