Changing cam gear

As per title :) Anyone care to make a DIY on changing a cam gear in a SOHC d series motor ?

Here's a DIY on changing a cam seal on a DOHC (non-VTEC) motor. You have to get the cam gear off to do it.

Are you going for an aftermarket cam gear ?

I'm actually going to put a cam from another Honda motor, so not exactly aftermarket.
