Hey,

Can anyone recommend a set of coil overs and location to purchase them from for my Prelude VTIR 1999. I live in Sydney, i've asked Wholesale suspension about them and they said they only make the older coilover for the older prelude.

Thanks !!

K Sport,D2, G4 and BC is all the same, but BC is the best out of those from what i've heard. Run J's Racing Coilovers like me, with 20kg/18kg springs yo, haha

You can also get them here from Just Jap located in Kirrawee 2232. Says 92-96 Prelude, but as far as I'm concerned they have the same suspension as the 97-01.

Why do you need coilovers? Are you using the car for track days or alike ?

If your only using the car for street, just fit new sports shockers and springs. Preludes are a good handling car to start with and once you put in coilovers you cant just stop there.

I don't know anywhere in Sydney that I can trust but if you call GT suspension in Melb the guys will help point you in the right direction with trying to flush out your saving account.

Just so you know, coilovers are most likely defectable themselves because you can adjust it whenever you want. It depends on the specific rules in your state.
