Hey guys.
Thought I might be about time I introduced myself.
I opened my account a fair while ago when I first bought my 92 eg civic. Actuallyi cant remember if i introed myself or not so ill do it again. So hears my short story.
Thanks to this site and a few friends that build went by and was finished quicker than expected. Sorry I don't have any fotos of the build.
Basically On the outside was stock with type r rims. I did the full type r conversion. Engine, gbox, hubs, sway bars, plus a asr rear subframe brace.(miracle worker) ( made the car so chuckable). Plus just an b/c exhast and k&n intake.
Anyways not long after I finished the build and was just about to do some track days. When I got an offer I though would be a some fun. My mate was selling his wrx for cheap. Low ks and all full service history no mods blah blah. Basically a bargin.
Big mistake. Haha. I guess I'm a Honda man through and though. The feel and feed back u get from any honda is so much better than most other cars. (Besides BMW.lol) I hated the way feels. Or lack of feeling. It's a boring car IMO. Too easy to go fast. Almost No skill needed at all to drive it fast too.
Besides me and turbos are a big no no. I cant seem to help myself, when u hear the boost start to wind up, he foot gets heavier and wants to go through the floor. Haha.
So to get to the point. I ended up selling that piece of crap. (each to their own. But I think Subaru is shit. Hahah.) and getting an s2k. Ahh. Sigh witha big smile on my face. Can't describe this car in any other way but "perfect." well Almost, abit more durability would be nice. Like the good old type r. And hard top standard. Lol.
So that brings us up to now.
I bought a black late 02 s2k. For a decent price. This model cam with all the 03 stuff like glass window and all that. Theprevious owner looked after the car pretty well so I didn't really have to do much at all besides changing fluids.
So no I've got it running like new again. Time for upgrades. Haha.
I'm planning on making my baby a weekender or track whore in the not too distant future. Lol. But For now it's a dd. Lol or atleast untill I can find a car I like driving or don't mind driving everyday. I'm kinda particular about cars and haven't found anything I want besides another s2k or BMW. Hahaha. I'll probably end up getting another one. Lol
So anyways currently I just received my pss9s. I'm also waiting on an r200 diff conversion from diff technics(slow ass service so be patient. U will get ur parts. Hopefully. They did a pretty good deal for me so I'm not complaining. But it did take 2 or 3 days just to have it ordered. Haha anyways that's all goin to be on the next write up.)to arrive so I'll do a write up/review on that when It's all goin in. Potos and all will be onthat as I'm using my fone ATM haha.
