hey guys my head unit has no power at all?
car is integra dc2:(
ive checked fuse for the unit in the back and the one underneath the dash for radio/ciggarette lighter
im tryna find the cause its really bugging me, ive checked /played with the wiring
it was working fine before but its been couple months since turned on the car, the batter 100amp fuse had blown and i had to replace that, been checking every other fuse no good.
should i replace the fuses even though they look okay?

replace the fuses no harm there like 2 bucks anyway. if u want run a direct wire from the battery to the 12volt power wire on the headunit it could be that or its not turning on when the acc key is turned sorry i couldnt be more help.

Does your clock work as well?

Theres a 20amp fuse in the engine bay which controls headunit n the clock.

Not 100% sure if its the same with a DC2 but was the issue on my 4th gen prelude.

stick a test light into the headunits power harness adapter. see if it recieves power.

sometimes the fuse might not look ****ed, but sometimes it is ****ed you just cant really spot it, so just try replacing the small ones cause they got shit all, get a test light, check if theres power and eath going to the head unit,

1. double check the fuses. did u check the fuses on the back of the head unit? if thats fine then 2. use a test light or multimeter to see if the head units actually receiving any power. if not theres something wrong with the wiring between the batt and head unit

you must not be receiving power from either the ignition or the battery....i had problems with that over the wknd installing my head unit...
turns out that my ignition wire to the headunit was not working...
maybe touch both battery and igntion wires....if it turns on that means one of those wires aren't working. hope that makes sense...-_-"
