You can, but its a complicated job. I have seen a thread (may have been on an Acura TSX forum) where someone has done it

I am also interested in this.

I assume that lots of wiring would need to be changed, and what about the GPS antenna.

Some would say its not worth it... but thats why i'm not other people! I will search around on other forums to see if anyone else has done it.

I come bearing information.

After some googleing, i found a write up that some guy in the US did. It seems that it is not as easy as expected, and probably isn't worth it.

If you have the balls to attempt this... I commend u!

These units are both different then the australian units. first off i dont think we have the nav dvd in the boot do we? i would forget about the voice activation too. Just install the rear GPS antenna and plug the head unit in. I have a lux so i dont need to do any climate control mods.

I dont think this would be that hard at all, now to find a sat nav head unit!!!!

im fair interested in this too... ive looked on ebay and there are a few sat nav head units for sale ranging from 500ish to 800ish (i think...) if only i had the money i would have definitely tried this =( keep in mind that the normal accords have the same dash as ours in the US, so we cant use the TSX sat nav head units only as their TSX's have a different dash to ours

Man if you guy do it good on yah. But having a sat nav in the car is cool for the first week then you never use it again. I dunno what the big deal is.

The nave DVD is in the front pocket under the consol. Gps ant is in the front not the back. This project is gonna cost u lots of $$$. You'll need the Dvd rom, the disc, sat nav screen, DVD facia, top facia to house the aircon display.

I'll take a photo of mine n I'll show u what ur up for.

Yea.. it's not worth it. Should've bought the Lux w/ Nav option

Sad that it isn't a standard 2-DIN fitting else installing an aftermarket unit will be so much easier & cheaper.
