yoyo, just got my EG and it came with a eg6 cluster, it says its running hot.

i called the old owner and he said the cluster is faulty? yet the speedo, rpm, fuel gauge and all lights work............ please help i dont want my car running hot :(

if u mean by running hot the temp needle rises towards the 'H' i wouldnt drive it.
check ur thermostat, maybe its stuck closed?
do u have coolant? might have a leak in ur radiator or hoses?
should get it checked asap

If the needle rises at all from cold, then I think it's working and the previous owner is full of shiz.

As above, check your hoses for any leaks, make sure you have coolant, and if those two fail to solve your issue then go thermostat. Is your radiator fan turning on?

^^ once u have tried all that and still think its a faulty cluster i have one in my car which works properly that u can try if u want.

thanks everyone, ummmmmmm
1. FAN doesnt seem to turn on.
2. Got coolant
3. Nothing is leaking
4. yea i reckon if the needle moves the cluster is fine
