anyone know what size hose that is? mine started leaking out of the blue, need to buy a length from sca or something to replace it, need to get it running asap :(

ignore the circled oil pressure switch, i'm talking about the U shaped hose sitting ontop of the oil filter

looks like its the same size like coolant hose that goes from thermostat/block? the U shaped coolant hose near IM.
is there a cut in the hose or is it leaking from fittings area?

^ took it off and found a cut near the clamp area, hopefully the piece i've replaced it with will hold up

couldn't find it so i just rocked up to sca and improvised a piece of hose which should fit perfect
mackay branded, ch1779, hook at one end and an L at the other

heater hose of some sort to fit vp commo's apparently

Ha nice one. This was actually going to be my job for the weekend after blowing a split in this hose on my last track day.

^ just make sure to buy screw-down-hose clamps and be ready for cuts
also have a tiny ratchet handy to do up the clamps cause there's no space in there
you'd probably have to change your oil(can't get to it without removing the oil filter) and coolant(you can top it up i guess)

use a piece of glad wrap to cover the oil cooler before you pull the hose off, don't want anything going in there

hose is about 20 bucks, which is probably still a lot less than what an oem part would have costed
