hey guys anyone on here know where i can get a front lip 4 my s2000... anyone know the cheapest place in sydney?

whatever u do, dont buy the cheap 1's off e-bay it'll be a nightmare getting it to fit correctly. Try and stick to OEM (if u can) but they r pricey, im not exactly how much but everything OEM is pricey

yeah try to find an OEM one... there is someone selling the lip + frontbar for 500ish i think on the forum atm in white.. wont part out haha! oem is pricey i got quoted abt 700 for one

I don't disagree that you should find an OEM one, but for the price of an ebay one it's way more worth it knowing that it's brand new! Majority of lips on ebay are PU, so they are easier to fit anyway, nothing a heat gun can't flex.. My mate's one fit like a glove, like seriously, a glove. Don't know which seller he purchased it from, but I heard good things about US ebay lips.. Goodluck! :D

I had a polyurethane AP1 front before, it didn't fit perfectly, and to be honest, it really annoyed me. I only paid something like $150 shipped from the states. But IMO, do it once, do it right.

depends who you buy it from i guess. me and my mate bought our front lips from ebay. some seller in the states. fits perfect and comes with all the brackets which all lined up and the sides were "pre-drilled" even that lined up to the holes on the front bar. fits perfect and straight bolt-on. i cannot justify paying top dollar for something cosmetic. IMO.

did you happen to take any photos of the back of the lip (inside bit that goes against the front of the bumper)? my one had an edge around it, so you couldn't double sided tape it for an excellent flush seal.

^^^ I'm assuming your asking me? I'm not too sure of what your asking, but mine sits quite flush, in the photo it's held up by cable ties... Inside the lip, there is an edging that doesn't provide a flat enough surface to "effectively" use double sided tape.. But if I were to silicon it, it would be 100%. Well even if it wasn't, it doesn't bother me, I only paid $70 for this + paint (it has the usual scratches here and there, but not noticeable).
