I jus got my car back from being serviced and they told me there's oil coming from the rocker cover...what the hell does that mean? Is it a problem and/or minor and inexpensive thing to fix?

just means the rubber seal that goes between the rocker cover and the head is leaking, no real issue until it gets on the exh. manifold (but i never seen one this bad).
you can use RTV sealant (from autoone, repco etc) to seal it back,
or buy a new seal from Honda ~$20-40
was the rocker cover taken off by the workshop? if so it is their responsibility to re-seal it again...

And they are pretty slack for not fixing it before they gave back to you....

theres no need to worry. lots of cars leak from the rocker cover.

it does actually depend how bad it is flyryd, older cars can have big leaks causing fires...
sharky's is a '95, so it shouldnt be too bad...

Sometimes its not even the seal/gasket. Sometimes it dodgey mechanics not puttin the seal back on properly. Check it ur self. Take off the rocker and put it back on.

man since i ...work at honda i can get u it for abotu $30 roughly thats staff prices!!!!. so u if want one call me genuine honda!!! and it's no ngi issue!!! but best thign is give the engine a good degrease and clean and then in aobut 2 weeks look again and source where the leak is coming from. just to be sure for urself cos with mechanics they can make mistakes or just be dodgey. u never know!!! so find out then if it's rocket cover or any other seal leak contac me and i'll get u the part for a good price but only geniune honda parts i dont' wanna deal with other crap!!!. i use geniuen for my car i think it's best especially with engine parts and gaskets etc. so i'd recommend the same for u guys!

maybe theres a small crack around the thread of the oil cap hole.
it would be better if you gave more info about if the leak is globs of it or if it looks like its been sprayed as a fine mist.

Mine is weird as when ever I took it back to the work shop we would clean it put it on the hoist and no leak but as soon as I take it out of the work shop and get home imediate leak well after 2 weeks its all over the place even on the inside of my rim, I think about it at it frustrates me I feel like driving over the guys head and say to him stay under there and tell me its not leaking.

is it engine oil or CV joint grease?
oil = black/brown
grease = black/grey

The hell must be a serious leak if its goin from the rocker to the rims.

Also a leak that serious would be very easy to find where its coming from. You sure its comming from the rocker? Serious for it to be that serious it would be full on obvious where its comming from.

U guys got me thinking Original leak was through a ruptured Shat Seal ( CV Boot ) It was replaced so I auto matically thought it would be coming from engine but it could br that the cv is still leaking and as it spins spitting it everywhere ......

well, it is fairly obvious whether it is grease or oil.
if it doesnt drip onto the ground, it is usually grease, if it drips into a pool it is usually oil...
it really sounds like cv joint grease to me if it is spining everywhere - what part of your ENGINE is exposed to spin engine oil everywhere??? none.
