2003 honda accord "cm6" suspension

are honda accord euro's "cl9" suspension interchangerble with honda accord 'non euro' "cm6"???

I'm pretty sure they aren't interchangeable. On the euro there are 5 bolts on the front and 2 bolts on the back.
