Who knows the difference, d16y4 vs d16y7?

Is the d16y4 the same as the american d16y7? I want to buy some parts out of the states, and want to confirm the y7 parts will suit my y4.

the y7 has 77kw an the y4 has 88kw, the y7 is very restricting with the tiny headers an small intake manifold, im pretty sure that head n block are the same n everything else is the same except the intake n exhaust

The y4 is really stinking poo. The y7 is slightly less offensive poo, but poo none the less.
It's not a good idea to modify either of these engines, as you will only gain a hole in your pocket & nothing more. Anyone who tells you otherwise either doesn't like you or is retarded.
