Does anyone know of a like a dyno tune type of thing where it can determine what problems you have with your car and if so where located sydney nsw places

You can try this diy first to see if the ecu is throwing any fault codes.

If you get any codes let us know and can probably find a solution
Might give you a heads up before you go spending any money on troubleshooting

Using the chassis dyno as a diagnostic tool is quite commom, many workshops have them for this reason including many dealerships.
So what the OP is asking about is infact, common practice.

im not sure wat is wrong jst feels like the car runs slugish and vtec aint kicking in as hard as it shold be the car runs different on different days weird

Temp gauge stable?

u can use a air/fuel meter to measure if its running rich.
