98+ B16A & ITR are the same, Early B16A & B18C2 will fit straight in but they're not as good.
Good ones (ITR) have a barrel nose, not so good (B18C2) have a tapered nose.
But they are interchangeable.

These are the B18C2 ones, they're fine for standard cams, but fit you're using Type R or bigger, go with the R ones.

Ive heard the type-R lmas are the same as B18C2/B16a ones, untill they introduced the spring type ones used in f20c/k20a

so just gonna go with those ones,

You heard wrong, no biggie... The R's are better. (Barrell nose - yours are clearly tapered)
