View Full Version : Blocked windscreen washer nozzle
Now that we are having more and more rain this blocked windscreen washer nozzle is starting to get annoying. I tried using a usual paperclip, pin trick but the one on the 04 Euro is sorta flat and whatever I do doesn't seem to help.
Anyone know any way of cleaning it?

blow it out.
this used to happen on the buses and trucks at work alot.
if you can't force air or water through it, try a needle.
otherwise goodluck.

I had this happen with mine. I tried cleaning them out a few times with not much luck. Ended up replacing them. They were only about $20 each. While I was at it I gave the whole system a good flush and have been fine since then.

Replace? So you just buy them from the dealer?

safety pin needle to loosen whatever is stuck, then just blow it out.
works all the time.
Stupid question but what do you use to blow it out if you don't have an air compressor at home?

Got told by dealer to use only distilled water in washer bottle as water in my area was "too hard" for the poor old washer jets. What a load of crap!
