i need tips how to overcome traction problem, should i go with wider rims? bigger size rims? better sus? better tyres?? or use traction bar??

Start with this and it will get you the majority of the way there. The affect of the other items you mention will be minimal compared to using the correct tyre for your application.

What helped me was whiteline strut bar front and rear - noticed less body roll Evan with stock 175/55/14 tires. But still had problems in the wet. Then went for 205/40/17 tires and omg so so much more traction in the wet and in the dry I am literally stuck to the ground. And just last week added a rear dc2 sway bar and that's again helped Evan traction out.

My next step shall be coilovers , but i am currently loving my traction set up :)
