hey all, when i was lookin at gettin wheels for my car, some people said it wasn't possible for me to put 18's on my car and lower it with out doin gaurd mods, well today i have done exactly that, although there not my wheels i've put them on to see how they would go.. when i forst put them on i had my car on the lowest it could go, there was no problems except for the rear passanger was rubbing a tiny bit... anyways heres a pic..

it should be there now... it prob would if there were ppl in the back but all it would take is rasin it a bit more... not sure bout the insurance, only put them on to cruise up to summernats, i have the same wheels but in 17s... i must admit a bit of gaurd work would be helpful... the only scrubbing i've had so far is when i turn hard to the right.. for sum reson the right wheel is out a biut further than the left..

hey i had 18s on my civic, guards was a lil bit rolled, but wen i had peepz [3 x 50kg+] in the back it rubbed only wen i turned corners, and the right wheel does stick out abit more then the left. as for insurance, they will not cover you because you have increased ur diameter by 4 inches, ur ment to have a maxium of 16x6 anything outside of that is unroadworthy.
