[CL9] Euro R front lip 03-05

Ozhonda! I need your help!!!

I am looking for a Euro R front lip for an 03-05 CL9. I know I could ship this from Heeltoe or anywhere else, but the problem is that I can't seem to find the lip in my colour!!!!

I have the rare purple colour called Indigo Blue Pearl with a paint code B502P.

I have seen people in the UK with the 'Accord Type-S' with my color and the kit. (Below)

Can you guys PLEASE help me track down someone who can get this front lip in my colour?!?!!?

euro-r doesnt come in indigo purple colour thus impossible to find.
Only place you can try is the EUDM euro (accord type s) as they might come stock in purple with the kit.

Othewise, just need the kit painted by your panel beater.

I'd rather not buy a lip new, just to respray it. I literally cannot afford to do it.
So assuming that the EUDM euro did come in my colour, how would I go about ordering one? I have no idea where to go.

That im not sure man. You can get a replica euro-r front lip on ebay with relatively good fit. Should give that a try.
Get oem sides and rear to go wth the euro-r front ;)

I am picking up the OEM sides and rear tomorrow!!! I'm thinking that I may have to buy a second hand euro r lip and get that resprayed...

My plan is to get the euro-r grille + OEM sides and rear lips + euro r front lip + m3 lip + Type S badging all painted and installed before the end of November.

I'm pretty sure i'd be the only indigo blue pearl euro with this combo in the world! YAYAY :D

Sorry, but what is this "Hardware Kit" for the front lip?
What modifications / equipment will be needed for the front lip to fit?

I think some of the Euro-R kits have foglight inserts or something similar needed for fitment (most likely 06+) if thats what you mean by 'Hardware Kit'. Other than that I can't think of anything else!

for you to be able to fit the front lip, you will have to cut the oem foglight housing. Pretty simple task if you have a dremmel.

Yeah the foglight covers are easy, just need to cut a portion off one of the sides. The rest should be easily fitted without much hassle.

Not sure if you have the euro-r grille, but to fit the grille, just cut your existing radiator cover slightly to fit. I bought the euro-r radiator cover, WASTE OF MONEY!! =(

HI can anybody help please? I would like to buy a Honda Accord euro R front lip to fit it on my Accord 2.2 i-CTDI. I was told that it does not fit the car can anyone tell me the reason why?

Hey mate, Welcome to the Ozhonda Forums!
I'm pretty sure that it will fit, but the foglights that come with the CDTI are completely wrong. You would need to buy JDM Euro R foglights for the kit to fit on.

Those foglights look about right, albeit not genuine... but who cares, your not going to see them anyway.

I am really not sure of any other differences between the CDTI and Petrols models as we only got the petrol ones in Aus. Maybe go to the honda dealer and ask if the whole front bumper is the same.
If it is, then a euro r kit will fit straight on!

It is very easy to do, there are actually markings on the foglights which show you where to cut, I didn't even look at the TsxClub DIY!

They look the part, only thing to worry about is fitment if they are not genuine parts! Although I've had experience with some replica kits which have been perfect.. its a bit of a hit or miss thing :)

Hi, can anybody tell me if i have to make extra wiring and a switch in order to make the JDM fog lights work or can i connect the connector of the diesel fog lights with the JDM foglights which i will be buying.

Can anybody tell me if i would need to pass any wires or just connect the connector of the diesel(ctdi) fogs with the JDM fogs???

Please help beacause i have bought the kit and did not even buy fogs yet.

Sorry Johan, my car came with fog-lights from factory, so can't help you out there :( But I know a few people here have put fogs on cars which didn't come with them originally, maybe someone else can help you out :)

I would like to see a picture of the wiring connector so that i know if the fog light connector of the diesels matches the petrol models.

While searching on ebay i found Honda Accord Diesel Fog lamps and also found Honda Accord JDM Fog Lamps. Between the 2 fog lamps i am spotting a difference that the diesel fog lamps might have? Am i seeing right or are they the same. I have marked the difference i've seen with red marker. Can anyone correct me?

Can anyone recommend which fogs should i buy to fit the Euro R bodykit????

Moar lows indeed! I am going to lower it a couple of cm very very soon.. I just cant be bothered atm.

I ended up getting the euro r front off ebay, euro r rear from japan and OEM sport sideskirts off a guy on here. It took me quite a while to source the parts, and then I had to respray them!

Thanks man, I'm really happy with how it looks, i've just got to fix my height. :)
I installed the lipkit at home with a few mates. It took a few hours cos I was dicking around + I had no idea how to do it. It's not really hard at all, I could do the lot in an hour. It's easier with mates cos the lips are long and hard to position by yourself.

Just keep your eyes peeled for parts, It took me 3 months to get the euro r rear, oem sides and euro r front. It all pays off tho when it comes together and it looks as good as you expect it to!

thats just a knock-off of the real euro r lip by the looks of it. I wouldnt buy it just because i dont think the fitment woule be great considering the euro r lip hugs the fogies and bumper quite well, any fitment issues would make it look like rubbish. Just wait till you find an OEM part, do it once do it right :)
