Go the Sports Organic. Any good name light flywheel is good. Exedy, Toda and more..... ORC only comes as a clutch kit/flywheel combination, but is a bit more aggressive clutch than Sports Organic and Heavy Duty.
See here for Sports Organic and Heavy Duty:

was it good for your setup?
what was your setup?
was the clutch engagement very, very high in the pedal?
I'm asking because I drove a dc2r with an ORC and the engagement was super high in the pedal and it was a pain in the butt to drive.

As said. With your mods and usage, I wouldn't go anything more than Exedy Sports Organic for comfort and durability. Anything more than the that and you go in to the Sports Ceramic Exedy's. These are also fine but a bit more aggressive in engagement. Not needed for your street usage.

no dont go with the lightest - it will make the car too violent and annoying to drive as a daily
i had the option to go for the fidanza 7lbs flywheel for my D15 but i opted for the exedy 10lbs instead - 10-12lbs is a good balance for the D series - i would only go lighter if its not street driven
find out what a good street driven flywheel weight is for your car and stick to it - exedy and toda should know - maybe pm adrian?

pretty sure the sports organic and the stage1 are different
couldnt say what the difference is
in america they are sold in stages 1, 2, 3, etc - but in australia we go OEM > HD > sports organic etc
EDIT ...
http://www.exedy.com.au/SingleSportsSeries.aspx
stage 1 is sports organic and stage 2 is sports ceramic

Hey dude,
I've studied about 2months to choose the best clutch for me, and this is how I got to about it.
Is your car a
~Daily?
~Track car?
~Daily/Weekend warrior?
If it is just a daily, then I'd go with a normal Honda Clutch. Why? The clutch won't give the heavy stress on the gearbox, the clutch pedal will be very soft to suit daily purposes, and mainly it costs a bit cheaper than a aftermarket clutch.
If it is a Track car, get something like ORC w/ flywheel. I have a close friend that has an EG B18CR, w/ heaps of modifications, stripped interior, and he runs with an ORC clutch. When the clutch is disengaged it makes funny noise (metal rubbing together) and it sounds like something is broken, the clutch feel is very hard but he said “I’m use to it now". The clutch is just way to grippy, won't slip a bit, and it'll definitely last longer than your gearbox.
If it is a daily/weekend warrior (what I chose), I chose the EXEDY Sports Organic stage 1 clutch. The pedal compared to a stock clutch feels damn hard (a bit simular to ORC), but I'm use to it now. The grip compared to a stock one is un-believably awesome. Accommodating with the lighten flywheel, I'd say the car did improve in being a "quicker" car. Daily usage, I have no troubles, but when there’s a red light on a very steep hill, as soon as I let go of the clutch wheels start to spin on a dry day. When it's raining, it could get some skill to get out of the situation. That’s the only bad part to it.
Read what Adrian from TODA says about the EXEDY Heavy Duty vs EXEDY Sports Organic;
This is a reply i got from Adrian from Toda, when i asked him the same question.
"Hi Andy,
The SO clutch is a better clutch than the HD.
The HD clutch is a standard clutch with a heavier spring for increased clamp load only.
The SO clutch is the same, but has a sports disc included also which has greater strength & durability.
For drivability, the clutches are pretty much the same…
When abused (eg: drag racing) the SO clutch is much better & more durable.
My recommendation is SO clutch kit + Lightweight flywheel."
Hope I helped.
Make sure, if you do consider the EXEDY sports organic clutch, get it from TODA AU (here on the forum). One of the best prices + services you'll get around. Cheaper than what exedy sells to their supplier itself (i.e Autobarn etc etc).
Good luck,
tiah313

I had the Exedy sports organic, it was touchier than stock, but now i have the 3 puk ceramic, the sports organic was much nicer to drive and very grippy.
Only reason i went up was cos the SO couldn't hold the power my car was making.
Unless you boost your car stay SO, it easier on the drive especially in traffic
P.S ORC clutch are good also, but don't move up unless you have to, they are hard to drive with
