hi ppl
i've read the history of posts on this topic. and i'm still unsure about the white smoke issue.
i'm hoping that its just condensation, but i get a heap of white smoke lately
when i start the car up in the morning or when its been off for a while.
it goes away once i start driving a bit. my car is running a bit on the rich side.
anyways i've read that the white smoke could be signs up the gasket being stuffed up. how can i confirm this without ripping the head off.
thanks

do whats called a TK test. they test the coolant for signs of compression gasses. most radiator places can do it

TO check the coolant level - look at your overflow / fill bottle ( located in a white bottle , with a small hose connecting at the top thru to the top of the radiator) Look down the side of this bottle and see where the level is at - it should be close to the top (full)
