i have two recaros, and both of them cant recline/adjusted, the back just swings forward and stays there..is this expensive to repair?

without more information it's hard to give specific advice unless someone has encountered this specific problem before
but call up someone that works with upholstery, maybe try body works shops too, in the meantime just to get an idea for price.
just hit google up i'm sure you'll find some nearby.

See in the pic at the bottom right corner , theres a big black knob you use to adjust.

Is that what you are using?

probably missing the locking tab right at the bottom corner, looks like a hook

more likely he was just using the top lever and not using the bottom knob to adjust the seat.

He hasn't showed up for 3 days, I think he was using the quick release latch up the top and is now embarrassed about it lol.
