I borrowed a CD cleaner disc from a neighbor in an attempt to solve a CD problem ie it isn't working any more. When I put in a CD the display shows 'ERROR' I am not sure if the CD was in fact a CLEANING TYPE as it looked just like an ordinary one.
Two questions.
First. - Does a CLEANING CD have small brushes as I have been told, to actually clean the lense?
Second. - Should I not be able to get it working how hard is it to fit an iPOD jack and who should I go to to have it done?
Honda have quoted around $800 for an exchange CD unit and around $2,000 for a new one.
