Dw bro... Simple mistake.. Fuk the refund, not worth it... Just go by some good rubber :) and save for hondata, but make sure u have done some serious mods before u install the chip.. saves wasting money & time at the dyno/mechanics for constant retuning.

Companies spent millions of dollars on product R&D... which is why products like Hondata, VAFA, emanage, unichip, motec or even other products which doesn't seem difficult to produce/replicate cost that much. Usually that money which you paid would almost guarantee it will work the way it has been advertised. For the amount you paid for that chip, you should only expect the amount you paid or less - if however you did get something more that what you expected, then consider yourself lucky.

wow dude, you should've asked the guys on ozhonda first...dont worry about the refund if its only $25. These scammers wont giv u back your money anyway. Judging form that picture though, that chip looks like a HID kit...i dont believe it will give that much power boost from the moment i saw it.

This sticker i bought from ebay i sh*t you not gave me at least 30hp if not more. its one of those universal ones that work on everything, you stick it on your brakes and they work better, on your exhaust and it sounds better, the whole package. But back on topic, dont bother getting it refunded $25 is equivalent to 2 boxes of migoreng so just dont eat for a week!

Should have done some research prior to buying anything for the engine.
Those mod chips is just a resistor that adjusts the timing.

Cheapest I can think of is to buy a Pod filter from super cheap. Remove the top of the air box and shove it in with a plumb pipe from bunnings.
cost you about 30$ and you will hear it. Feel might be a little better. Lol

Yeah bummer dude, sorry to hear you got scammed. could've been worse however, they could've sent you a rotting carcass of a rabbit or something. lol
In terms of getting power for little money, it's not something I'd ever trust. And buying stuff off ebay is good when you know what you're buying but there are SO many scams on there. Like those stupid little fans that sit inside your intake pipe and hook up to the battery and cost about $10. They call them "Turbo Superchargers" or some sh*t, anyway they can't spin fast enough (obviously) so they prevent air from flowing and reduce power hahaha.
Should save up for some good Intake/Headers/Exhaust If you haven't got 'em already. :)

its funny how some people really fall for this,
my mate at work was telling me how he wants more power out of his holden and saw one of the chips for 70 or something, and his like, well this one looks promising as its more expensive and looks like it has results this that and he was pretty intent on buying it until i told him otherwise
but yeh as people have said its just a small resistor, tricks the car thinking its cold, and just floods fuel in
