Hi all...

Long time admirer, first time owner of Honda Accord Euro Lux '06.

Not sure if this is best posted on the noob section of the forum, but posted it here as most likely it would have been buried under non-accord euro posts... and i'm sure someone here might know the answer to my questions.

1. Read the manual, and it says if you turn your key to acc position, press and hold info for 3 secs, you can then setup speed warning tones... No matter how many times I try, the option isn't there for my car. Just the standard language and km reset with fuel etc options (can't remember all).
Any ideas?!?!

2. Previous car was a late 90s mitsubishi, and on this car and many others that i know, there is the option of folding your mirrors for safety. I know there's an option available for doing this electrically, but my car doesn't have this... And I'm afraid to put force behind trying to fold them manually!!
What's the story there? Do the side mirrors flip?

Thanks in advance

I haven't had any problems accessing speed warning tones, maybe ask a friend to show you how to do it.

Unfortunately our Accord euro's do not have automatic folding mirrors, but yes you can force them closed, don't worry, it won't break anything, I've done it countless times!

I'm quite sure all the facelift models have it?

hmm... I was hoping not to take it back to the dealership and ask them, but might have to ask them how to access the function...

...as far as folding mirrors: Are you sure? I can try and put some more effort behind my pushing the mirrors - just don't want to hear a "crack"!!!
