hey guys.

just wondering what fuel filter goes into a d15b7 efi model...ive searched through this forum about 10 times and still havnt found anything.

the one that Honda spare parts sell for an EG Gli

works for me every time

yea i rang them and they just hung up on me. i work at an autobarn store but we dont have a listing...its the fuel filter that has one feed from the bottom and one feed from the top.

It's the same as the Eg si , vti etc. All efi egs share the same
Fuel filter. It's the one with Inlet / outlet on TOP

i dont mean to sound rude but ive just looked at it and it has one line in to the bottom and one line into the top :S ...ill post a photo when i get home.

they're not all the same Ben. An EG VTI that I wrecked had inlet on the bottom / outlet on the top

no probs. Its a bit of a worry if autobarn dont have a listing for it though. My local autobarn just has all its filters on a shelf with a catalogue attached to a stand which customers can look through. good luck with it

yea we have it behind the counter but our 2010 ryco catalouge doesnt have a listing for d15b7 motors...ive already stashed the filter away for myself hahaha

part numbers are different for hatch and sedan - something to watch out for

i ended up with a hatch one for my D15b7 and it didnt fit - had to swap it for sedan one

why there is a difference i have no idea

yea i noticed that...strange...anyway its all done new filter in and my car now doesnt cough at lower RPM's and fuel econemy is really good now, all though one question.

why is the nut on the bottom of the fuel filter (the one that when tightened pushes the fuel line into the filter) is reverse thread? just makes everything painful "-.-
