No it shouldnt BUT depends with wheels... certain wheels CAN, i repeat CAN be used as a warranty void if they believe it has caused damage to the part of the car your trying to claim...

A lot of dealers 'scare' people by saying "If you modify anything on your car, it voids your warranty". Hate that bullcrap.. It only voids for that specific part that is modified.. Eg. If you change to coilovers, then your suspension will no longer have warranty, but other stuffs like engine, gearbox etc. is still covered under warranty.

exact;y right, so if u can do whatever you like as long as you know they can't prove that the mod didn't case
mugen kit will do nothing
wheels will - they can put additional strain on suspension components etc. so they'll make u pay to fix things
if you are smart you would swap the wheels back before claiming a warranty, unless you plan on getting honda oem wheels? like if you had a vti and wanted to get a vtil or sport set, then its still fine since its a hooonda

Eg. When I took out my standard suspension and replaced it with coilovers, we found that 1 of the rear shocks were leaking! Hence, when I fitted back the standard suspension to pass the pits, I drove back to Honda and got a warranty claim for the standard shocks lol.. They were very nice though.. went there with my coils immediately after we found out the shocks were leaking, the service department manager said, fit back the standard shocks, and they'll replace it for me. My argument was, if I did not remove the standard suspension, I wouldn't have known that the shocks were leaking! Lol.. So, all I did was replaced it back with standard, got the warranty claim, went through pits, and fitted back the coilovers again :D
