I still can't believe that Jazz owner who recently posted on Ozhonda that the Euro is a rip off. You got a real bargain. Remember though - it is an 04 model and dealers always want to get rid of old stock in December. I seriously doubt people can get deals like that on the 05 model. Timing is everything.

Which 17" rims are they - and pics? Pity about the spoiler - the OEM one looks crap IMO. Perth Euro has pulled his off already! Not surprised.

Not surprised.Hey I disagree with that statement about the spoiler, it looks good actually and is contoured! Oh you are one of those Ricer dudes that only likes those HUGE wing spoilers that look like they belong on a space shuttle?

About the 04 models, well maybe I should have held off a few months in getting mine, all I could get the dealer to throw in is the Ming Tints, and the Spoiler for the standard sales price, this was back in July though. I sure would have liked some fogs and 17 inch rims :(

Oh you are one of those Ricer dudes that only likes those HUGE wing spoilers that look like they belong on a space shuttle? Nah - don't like huge wings. The OEM spoiler is something I feel strongly about! :D It really breaks in a detrimental way the clean lines of the Euro and just doesn't work IMO. It also makes the car look dated. A little lip looks ok or the mugen spoiler looks good. I think the "see through" spoilers generally don't work on the Euro.

First pic is mine - no spoiler - second is your oem wing - third is lip spoiler - fourth is mugen. Sorry, I rate the OEM spoiler last in the 4 pics. But hey - looks are a very subjective thing.

in my eyes the only worthwhile upgrade is the front splitter. $770 though i might reconsider....damn you honda ripoffs.

For $1000 the oem spoiler is so not worth it... I don't think its ugly but i still don't like it...

The best is the mugen spoiler for the Accord Euro. It may look a bit wierd in pictures but in real life it makes the car look so much sportier... I was lucky enuf to put it on and i don't regret putting it on...

hhey guys, pics of my car are in the gallery..the wheels were roh wheels which are fury type, you do see them a bit on old falcodores but i think they look very cool on the euro, the color them is the sahdow chrome color

i agree , i think the OEM spolier is great , especially on my car, but i have seem the spoiler on other colors and i think the the only other car is sorta suits is the black imho..
sorry to topic hijack but if anyone has any pics of their car with the OEM body kit i would be much appreciatedif they post them up , im deciding whether to go aftermarket or OEM for a body kit..

i also forgot to add paint protection to the price, @35700 in the end, soz about that. i got it from the frankston dealer

cheers guys !

Oh yeah,
I also agree timing is everything when buying a new car...i made that mistake when i bought the crv, this time i wanted to get a deal even if the car is to outdated by a new model, but with a october 04 build date im not too worried :)

i got mine $33500 drive away with mats and tint and bonnet protector which i thought was okay.......considering nowhere here in bris wanted to discount them...they were and are selling beyond supply here and two other places wanted full retail plus onroads totalling $37250

albii is right, unless you get a dealer who is trying to outsell th others, you have to be fairly careful as pretty much all dealers wont drop price.
I went to geelong prior to getting mine and asked if they could do better price or similar setup maybe no 17's but oem bodykit, and all i got was a ..'no' not even a 'we will see what we can do'..
I sorta think it must be because honda dealers know they have you over a barrel with such a great car with already a pretty good price imho :)

for gods sake one dealer wanted $35000 for a demo with 4000kms and i told him to shove it.....went to the next dealer and told him the price i wanted to pay....i sat there for 3 hours and didnt budge...told him i was gonna buy a mazda 6 classic hatch as soon as i left his dealership for $32500 if he didnt get to my price..

Exactly it is all up to personal taste, I think it makes the car look more sporty and less "old farty", besides I have seen more and more Euro's going around with the same spoiler, just 30 mins ago I was at the local supermarket and we parked next to a black Euro with spoiler and bodykit, looked sweet. 3 Parks down there was a Silver Euro with a spoiler minus the bodykit, still looked nice. I guess it is all up to the owners preference, I like my cars to be more unique, something different to the ordinary model, besides I got the Spoiler thrown in for free along with the Tints!
