Hey guys i have a 5 stud conversion on a eg hatch and we have bled it, made sure all the lines are safely placed etc.
and there is one problem...My brakes seem to just cut off when i'm at full lock, i would have to pump the brakes to bring back the fluid.
Please guys i need help, it's a huge problem.

what vaccum hoses you using,? standard ones?
if your using different hoses, it could be sucking the actual hose as it's not braided
did you bleed it furthest wheel first and work your way up to the front?
did you change the master and booster?
did you change prop valve?

Forgot to mention:
I have
-goodridge braided brake lines
-dc5r bmc and brake booster
-ep3r 30/40 prop
Yeah the bleeding has been properly done more than at least 3 different days to make sure it wasn't the bleeding from my mechanic.

how's the slides on the calipers?
is the booster adjustable from the rod under the dash connecting to foot pedal?
if it isn't this COULD be the cause of brake failure, obviously more brake drag etc
handbrakes been adjusted properly?

The handbrakes fine.
whats the slides on the calipers?
The bmc hasn't been adjusted with the pedal but i know that isn't the problem.
Also thanks for helping, anymore things maybe?

how do you know it isn't the problem when you have adjusted it or had a looked at it?
how much free play is there on the pedal?
booster leaking?

There is no free play with the pedal it's pretty firm and good unless i lock the steering. I may be wrong and overlooked that part.
How could i tell if booster leaking? the brake fluid is at the same level.
Also sorry i lacked a bit of info, the brakes mess up when i'm going slow and locking. There is also a sound, i think it maybe the calipers touching another part.

is there a intermittent vibration going at high speeds?
the slides could be seized up there for not releasing the pads
how's the pedal does it sink to floor?

Nah no vibrating at high speeds, the pedal hits the floor when brakes are gone, doesn't hit the floor when it's normal.
