about 10minutes

buy cheap alloy unit from ebay
wait for it to arrive
drain fluid
undo clamps on hoses
swap radiator over
do up clamps on hoses
test for leaks with a small amount of coolant
fill back up with OEM coolant

win

don't get your hopes up about ebay alloy ebay radiators
sometimes you will need to get new hoses to suit the radiator cause the diameter is a touch larger, hoses might be too hard to even heat up and slide over the top of fitting

no need for oem coolant, she'll be right with supercheap, repco coolant,

overall the saint is right, takes about 10-20 minutes,

iv seen ebay alloy kits used with dailies and track cars and i have to say they are cheap and effective - havnt seen any major issues with them either

after trying different coolants im gona stick with OEM ... lasts the longest and is the only one i never have to top up =)

you shouldnt mix different types of coolant though should you?

thats what ive been taught at work, if we have to do a coolant change on a car with non-oem coolant we gotta use this coolant flush stuff and go for a drive first
