Trouble with speedo... :(

Hey guys, recently i went to wreckers and picked up a speedo face that goes upto 180 and decided to swap it with my eg5's 220 stock one.. it didnt fit at all the mechanism and the fittings were waay off so i decided to put the original back in now when im driving the km's are off by 10kmph LOL so like id be doing 60 but the speedo shows 70.. how can i fix this?

the JDM (180kph) and AUDM (220kph) spedos are not compatible unless you replace the whole cluster (example: EG9 or EG6 ones with the whiteface)
the stock clusters are going dirt cheap nowdays since everyone wants the JDMyo ones, have a look at the for sale section
