hi guys i recently purchased my hondata S200... and only today have i had a chance to play with it...
ive got both ecu's next to each other and have noticed some differences in the ecu pin out. will this be an issue my ecu is a p 73 and the hondata is p28 obd2a

The p28 is an OBD1 ECU with a generic OBD2 connecter fitted so if there are no pins in the B plugs all is OK. They do it this way so they can use the same connecter for OBD2a and OBD2b just pin it different.

pm sent... i sorted it out..
as soon as i saw the extra pins i freaked :)... now onto my next issue, i have the usb to serial adaper and hondaloger and rom editor4, but i still cant connect to the ecu?

do you have the Hondata serial to USB adapter, or just a generic one
