Most car accessory shops have a range of seat covers, and I've found that sheepskin covers usually fit well - they are made in a range of sizes, and the shops have model-specific info on which sizes fit which cars. I have found that other thinner seat covers often move around when cornering, but haven't had that trouble with sheepskin covers.

White, grey, black, cream/yellow are colours they often come in, which match most modern car interiors. Many companies also have ones which are OK for cars with seat mounted side airbags, as they still allow the airbags to fire without restriction. You could always dye them if you want other colours.:D
