8GA power cable through firewall (CL9)

Hey Guys,

I'm installing a basic low/mid-powered 12" Sub Box in the boot and obviously need to get power from the battery for it. Any hints on the easiest way to get an 8GA power cable through the firewall of my CL9 ? Just had a quick look and it looks like one of those awful jobs :(

Any helpful hints would be appreciated, thanks.

I used yellow tongue and fed it from the bonnet inside then taped the power cable to it and pulled it through.

8ga is a bit small. I'd go 4ga, but I guess you already got the cable.....
