Quick question on CL9

Hi guys, just wondering if there's a way to turn on the cabin fan without turning the A/C on?
I know we can simply turn off the A/C by pressing the button but I don't really use A/C unless on summer and it's really hot.

Hit the AC button twice if it's completely off, or once if its currently on

hit it twice, does it mean the a/c has to be turned on first then turn off? or is it like a shortcut to on the fan without the a/c?
